Smart Health Monitoring System using Arduino

An Arduino-based system that continuously monitors vital health parameters such as heart rate, body temperature, and blood oxygen level (SpO2). It displays real-time data on an LCD and generates alerts during abnormal conditions, making it ideal for elderly care, hospitals, and remote health monitoring.
